I'm pretty new to alteryx.
I have two excel files.
One contains actions on a case in salesforce.
One action is the creation of a case and the other an ownerchange.
The other file contains a user mapping saying which user belongs to which department.
What I need is, when action creation ("Erstellt.") look in the column Editor ("Bearbeitet von") and match this to the Usermapping and give me the department.
When action is Owner change ("Kundenvorgangsinhaber") same thing but with column new value (Neuer Wert).
How would you suggest I would to that?
In Excel I'd create a new column and use the if function with vlookups.
