Join and Replace in multiple fields and rows

Hi,

I have an attached excel file as a sample data where 2 sheets are there. 1st sheet sample sheet which consists Vlookup formula in column ''C, D, E, F, G'. And, this sheet is linked with 2nd sheet named - port list. I want to populate value in columns 'C, D, E, F, G' of Sample sheet in alteryx as the way it is in excel sheet.

Populating values in col 'C, D' is easy, I can do this with find and replace, however, in col 'E, F, G', I am finding difficulty. 

If anyone of you can try and prepare a sample workflow for this, would be helpful. It would give me an idea how to do this.
