Join Multiple

Hello. If i am joining multiple years of data for different entities. I am having trouble getting all entities in one column, with years following. I can get them to join up if all of the entities are in the first year where the join is run off of. I mocked up some sample data to explain. How do I get my data to show like the Goal section below, instead of what currently happens when I use a Join Multiple tool?

This should give you what you want 😉 Not sure I got the inputs right but I think you get the idea.
