Iterative macro to increment upto limit in particular column

Hello,I've attached sample data of how my data looks and the required output data. Please help me how to increment the S value. If I found S in Increment column I have to increment next 4 rows.Thanks!

You do not need a macro for this. You can use the Multi-Row formula.
