Issues installing Designer 2019.4

I'm having problems installing Designer 2019.4 on my company laptop.  First, I close my current version of Alteryx.. After downloading the executable, I open the InstallAware Wizard - which after a few minutes inexplicably causes my computer to shut down.  I then have to reboot my computer several times to get it back to usable status. 

 

Anyone else having issues like this?  What did you do?

Are you able to try installing Designer by "Run As Administrator" option (right click on .exe file) and see if this works?

Do you receive any error messages during the issue happening?
