Issue with IF statement not applying T statement

I have this IF statement in my formula and it works with the F statement but the T statement is not working.

The formula is this:

IF [AP]='Null'

THEN [BP]+" - "+[CP]

ELSE [DP]+" - "+[AP]

ENDIF

So some of the outputs will have the F statement populated but not for the T statement. The data type is V_String by the way.

This looks like a Formula rather than a Filter - can you clarify? What Filter condition are you hoping for to split between T and F?

'Null' is the word Null. Null() - or isnull(field) would test for a null value.

Thank you this was it! I am a little new to Alteryx so this helped greatly.
