Issue Connecting to the SharePoint List Input

I am trying to use the SharePoint List input.

I am able to find the list I want, but when I run it I get the errors below.

Anyone know what I can do to correct this?

You could change the data type, but it's really nothing to be worried about - it's just telling you it's dropping all those extra zeros on those numbers, which aren't needed anyway.
