Isolating data between two row markers dynamically

Hello, I have some data that I'm trying to input dynamically from several different spreadsheets. I'm trying to isolate only the data between the STARTDATA and ENDDATA markers. I'd need these to be the indicator because the number of rows between the two is dynamic between the files (some have 10 rows of data and others have 40+). Any idea how to do that? I've tried a recordID and formula tool to tag out each line of data if it's greater than STARTDATA row and less than ENDDATA row, but I feel like I might be overcomplicating it. Is there a better way? Example dataset attached. Thanks in advance!
