Hello!
I have a list of customers coming from two separate data sources (Sold To vs. Sold With). I am trying to split out duplicates that occur within both both files and I would like to always default to the "sold to" source, however I want to keep the duplicates that occur within a singular file. For example for customers 01774320001 and 01776858001 I would only like to capture the data coming from the "Sold To" source, but all the other duplicates I would like to keep.
Below is a sample dataset:
Customer Number | Sales | Source |
01769368001 | $ 20,000.00 | Sold To |
01769368001 | $ 1,000.00 | Sold To |
01774320001 | $ 5,000.00 | Sold To |
01774320001 | $ 25,000.00 | Sold With |
01776858001 | $ 10,000.00 | Sold To |
01776858001 | $ 430,000.00 | Sold With |
01790297001 | $ 65,000.00 | Sold To |
01790297001 | $ 20,000.00 | Sold To |
01818687001 | $ 20,000.00 | Sold To |
01818687001 | $ 1,000.00 | Sold To |
01857760001 | $ 5,000.00 | Sold With |
01857760001 | $ 25,000.00 | Sold With |
01859692001 | $ 10,000.00 | Sold With |
01859692001 | $ 430,000.00 | Sold With |
