Interpreting output from Principal Components Analysis

I used both Alteryx Principal Components tool and the Factor Analysis procedure in SPSS.  I get totally different output.

When I use Alteryx, the coefficients in the PC1 column are negative values, regardless of what I want to use as the dependent variable.

I am looking to learn how the coefficients are calculated.  SPSS does varimax rotation, equamax rotation, etc.  What does Alteryx use, if anything, to arrive at the final values in the output?

Thanks,

William Cooper
