Interactive Chart Error

I’m getting this error when there are no data for a pre configured layer in an interactive bar chart.

For example, I have created a 3 layered bar chart for product A,B and C. The purpose of the bar chart is to track the sales volumes for these 3 products for the last 3 months. It is possible that there are no sales for product C during the last 3 months for some reason ( e.g product temporarily withdrawn from the market )

Pls see attached workflow.

Is there a workaround or way to resolve this error ?

Maybe you should allow some dummy data

Hi @Gihans 

If you know the all product names, you can use prepared header data to resolve the error.

You can make the workflow that save the product list and update it always that the workflow is executed.
