Replacing Value to the column if specific column contains some specific data

Hi Team,

I have three columns named as 'B Name', 'B Chain' and 'B Add'. I want if my column 'B Add' contains 'Hotel 24' then my B Name and B Chain  value should change to 'Ridge world; and rest value should remain the same. Please refer table below:
