Hi team,

 

I am trying to convert data in one format to another format. I am providing here the input and output samples for your reference.

 

Can someone please help with the workflow logics that I need to use to accomplish this.

 

PS: Columns in one set might not be present in the other set. Each set have some information in rows that will have to be moved to columns.
