Input file missing or input file has blank data

1. Sometimes we receive input file with no data or some of the tabs are missing, in that case we got below error message.

Please help me to avoid these errors. Thanks in advance!!!

2. Header start in dynamic rows, sometimes it may starts row 4, sometimes it may start row 7. in this case how can we find the exact row to start import our data. I have attached example file. Please do the needful.

FYI, Header name "ssn" and we need import data from there.
