Input excel data file - unable to run

My input date file from excel is not running in Alteryx, it was working fine before I refreshed the information and ran the workflow then nothing, I have re-saved the file, renamed it still shows the input data as zero when file is run.

 

I am able to view the data in the preview window the left but that's about it.
