Input / Output using Teams

I got a requirement to use input from Teams and write the output to Teams.  Please let me know, how to connect to Teams from the Designer.

Not sure whether I understood it correctly, Assuming you want to update files, write and load data from teams, then you can utilize the sharepoint page created with the teams channels and then interact with the sharepoint tools of Alteryx: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Public-Community-Gallery/Sharepoint-Tools/ta-p/877903

Yes, we need to read files from Teams folder and write the files Teams folder.  Can we use Download tool, to read the files from Teams folder?
