Importing information from SharePoint List / InfoPath Form

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone might be able to help. I am using Alteryx to import information from a SharePoint 2013 list, the SharePoint is populated using an InfoPath form. I recently amended the InfoPath form to add two new options (Request Assignee and Second Assignee), however despite these showing up in the SharePoint list, Alteryx won't extract the information. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be and how I might be able to fix this?

Please see attached pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @J_Laister ,

you need to ensure the items that you've added to the list are included on the view you are importing into Alteryx.

By default, the view is called "All Items". Click the three dots at the top of the list:

Select "Edit Current View". This will allow you to add and remove items to the view. Within the Sharepoint List Input tool in Alteryx, ensure this is the view you are selecting to import.

This allows you control the fields that are visible and readable.

I hope this helps,

M.
