Ingesting multiple data tables from Excel

Hello all, bit of a doozy for you, so thank you in advance...

 

I have some Excel files I'm trying to ingest from, each sheet of each workbook has 1-5 tables stacked. I'm trying to ingest the data and stack it into one data table to get it to look like the "example output" file. I'm attaching a package file that brings in each sheet of the excel files

 

For sheets with one table, I can pretty well isolate the data I need, but trying to bring down the 4-digit code circled below as a column in the data table has proven challenging. I've also attached an example output that I mocked up in Excel.
