Importing bunch of files starting on same row

Hi all,

I wanted to check with the Alteryx beasts in the community as I have about + 100 files with same caracteristics that I want to append with the union tool. The only problem is that the headers start in the xls line 9 and I have to go one by one importing them. Is there any macro that can help or designer tool to import them all int he same way one by one? I have all in the same folder...

Also, it is giving me an error that the Microsoft Excel 97 2003 Worksheet is not supported? Do you know what I can do to make this work?
