I think I need a Mulitrow tool?

Hi, after some help with a challenge to identify concurrent logins! I think I need the multirow tool, but not sure if it is right and how to write the formula.

I have a login date, Time In and Time out. My challenge is to identify where on the same day, the same user has logged on after the initial Time in but before any previous Time out, in other words, where the user has logged in concurrently and times overlap.

In the attached data example Green indicates a logon date and time in that occurs after a previous date and time out, Yellow indicates where there is a time in before a previous time out marked in Red.

The data is sorted by Userid, date descending, time in ascending and time out ascending.

I would be grateful for any assistance.
