I have an Alteryx license but can't use predictive tool

I have the regular designer license but I don't see the Time Series tool. I downloaded the predictive analytics starter kit but still don't see the time series tool where I can choose different forecasting options.

The tool pallet has all the possible tools checked off and Time Series is not on the list.

What am I supposed to download or do in order to see those options?
