If "Document number" is the same and "Account" is not equal 24508210, replace value of “in local currency” of Account not equal 24508210 to value A and B. 

For example:

 A=286717.52/(286717.52+285.71)*14350.17

 B=14350.17-A  

Transfer sheet1 to sheet2

You could try using the Multi-Rows Formula Tool:

I've used 'A' and 'B' here for convenience, but you can simply replace those with the actual 'formula' that corresponds to A and B.
