How to summarize like a pivot table

Hello,

I've been using the Summarize function in Alteryx, but having issues on how to adding a Column field total. Following is a simple table with Pivot table result. 

My goals:

1. Summarize the data by Accounts going down, and Dept across on top.

2. Grand Total columns by Dept (Bottom) and by Account (off to the far right).

We can use CrossTab as below and perform some cosmetic adjustmen afterwards.
