How to setup dynamic multi-row references

I have a table that's in a matrix format where I need to calculate how much of my bookings will burn through the rest of our fiscal year. Input table and expected output are attached

Example. If the current month is April, how much is your rest of year (ROY) bookings for April, then how much of that value do you expect to burn from April - Sep. In May, how much do you expect to burn from May - Sep and so on. 

I transposed the data in the workflow but couldn't figure out how to dynamically reference the row ID to fill in the gaps. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is somehow brain buring, but I get the similar solution as you expected one.
I use a join tool to bring back the history (ROY) bookings.
