Hello,
I need to change one specific cell with another cell. I mean YTD for January should be same as January Beginning balances $100
Transaction | Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | YTD |
Beginning | 100 | 1 | 3 | 2 | 100 |
Running $$ | 10 | 20 | 30 | 10 | 70 |
Total | 110 | 21 | 33 | 42 | 206 |

@kauser - can you please provide a bit more detail here. Not quite sure what you are trying to accomplish. Top row doesnt add up, but the bottom two do. then if you look at the columns the first three add up but not the last two.
A little more explanation around what we are looking at would go a long way.
Thanks
Hi, @kauser

Thanks for sharing but can you please share the workflow because its confusion without the workflow. i am not sure how did you get YTD back into summarize tool because i saw you dont have ytd on transpose tool.
sorry for confusion. i am typing to link January beginning balance into January YTD cell. means January YTD balances will be same as January beginning balances. hope this will answer your question.
@kauser just a quick question. Typically January beginning balance would not equal the January YTD balance unless there is no activity for January. Did you mean ending balance?
