How to parse out one file into multiple files based on column value

I am trying to parse out my input file into multiple different files based on the entity code.  I believe a batch macro would be the way to go?  Would want to make it dynamic as the number of entities could change year to year.

Input file has been included.  End result wanted would be 6 different output files due to the 6 different entity codes (or one file with 6 tabs - one tab for each entity).
