How to organize the questions and input while running the Analytics App ?

Hello,

I have 5 different inputs, but all coming from the same excel workbook.

and all the outputs would also go in the same excel workbook but different tabs.

When I used the File Browse and Action method to input my files. I see so many drop downs.

Below is my question

1: Can i somehow put a reference to just the workbook and then based on the tab name,alteryx would automatically load the data on that tab for the respective input data?

 

I would like to reduce the manual effort of selecting the same workbook 5 times for my client.

@OllieClarke : do you happen to know what could be the reason that I am getting 4 excel output files to select after I run as analytic app?

Hi @madhurinani 

 

I think this is because you have 4 output data tools, each writing to a different sheet. 
In the interface designer (ctrl+alt+d) you can specify which output data tool is offered as an output to the user when they run the app.
