How to match fields from two fields

Hi Alteryx Community 🙂

I am new to alteryx and building my first workflow and need help with a task.  I am looking to match the AfterValue field and EditDate from the Data.Xlsx

and matching it with the Submitters, Approvers, and Text13 in the Source List.xlsx file as seen below.

Essentially what this exercise is doing is seeing if the names in the AfterValue field from the Data workbook are the authorized submitter and approvers in the Source List.  I hope this task makes sense.

You have to do some data cleansing first... note if your matches are less specific you'll need to do more prep work...
