How to match 2 columns by string?

Hello. Is it possible search for common words between 2 columns and get this output? I'm not sure what to use to make this happen.  Thank you :)

Please explain how you would perform the task, if you were doing it manually.

The Input and Result look the same to me, except for the added column "Output", not sure how anyone can guess how Output is calculated.

Maybe try the Fuzzy Match tool?

You could do something like this, using text to columns to then match on words.
