How to join data and remove duplicate values due to duplicate matches?

I'm joining on 

T_Artist = master_artist

T_RELEASE_NAME = product_name

DATE = report_date

Everything before column L is one table and everything after is another table

Are you able to upload the Alteryx workflow you are using to join the data?

You can use a dynamic select tool after the join and deselect anything with the right_ prefix out of the join tool.
