How to get the fixed column table in Alteryx.

I would like to create fixed column table which always have same column format regardless of data contents. Like <Table 1> in the attached sample, even when source date doesn't have task 5 is not included, Alteryx brings the fixed format table in which the row for Task 5 shows nothing. Is it possible? kindly share expertise.

yes this is possible using Blob tool capabilities to copy the template and then using output tool to write the data in columns.
