Hi,
We recently migrated from Teradata to Big Query and my dynamic input tool is no longer working using the ODBC connection to Teradata. My question is how can I connect to Big Query and still use the Dynamic input tool? I see resources to install big query but it doens't make sense how that would work within the dynamic input tool. Any experience in this?

Hi @HeadBanger
Currently Big Query support is limited to the purpose-built Big Query Input and Big Query Output tools. Support for Big Query in other tools (like Dynamic Input) may come in the future, but we'll have to wait and see.
Alteryx Documentation on Big Query:

Download the tools here:

have you tried installing the Simba driver for BigQuery?
https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/providers/simba-drivers
I've been able to open the database through an input tool (but i don't have that database active any more, so i can't test the dynamic input)
I would think it could work all the same if you have the ODBC driver from the link above.
Thanks @jarrod I'll try this out and update.
This worked after getting the account permissions by our IT dept and using the Success Code provided by Google
I can use the connection to input into the Dynamic input tool.
The only limitation so far is that cannot use the In-DB connections. I think there are several requests for this and possibly rolling out next Launch.
