How to compute average time if data is a mixed format.

Please someone help me in determining how to compute the average time for all data if I have this input format?

To get time in minutes:

I Have struggled here because of time fields expecting to be a 24 hour time rather than just unlimited hours:minutes:seconds. What I have done is computed the average time in seconds and then sort of made it into a time with a hacky formula at the end but you could do some calcs to have seperate fields for days hours minutes seconds if you want seperate fields for the duration.
