How to change columns values to rows ?

Hi Designers,

Can you provide me the solution to get the name column as Row headers.It should be like 

id,fullname,birthcountry,motivation,year,birthdate

1,wilhelm conrad,Germany,"in recog",1901,null

2 ............................

3...............

Please find the expected output.

Edit: Do the sorting as per your need

Sort based on the ID column

Use select tool to rearrange the columns
