How to calculate based on constant and variable data?

Hi,

How do I sum up values using constant and variable data? In my attached sample, Alteryx should only sum values if "code" is different otherwise it should retain the value for that name+code.

There are multiple ways to do this, but my first thought is a Unique tool followed by a Summarize tool.
