How to add String in multi-rows dynamically

Hi All,

Trying to add one list of code into a function dynamically. But it seems not doable in "Formula" function.

Not sure what tool/function i should use for this.

Additionally, not sure whether it is possible to add fixed string in there,(i.e.: "/*/")
