Help with summarize please

I am new to Alteryx and learning as I go. I am stuck with a step and would appreciate your help.

Please see input, output and desire output file attached. It would be easier to understand.

i want to group a few columns and keep 2 columns the same.

If the the value for your "Report Legacy Key" and "Entry Legacy Key" are identical for each group, you can use "First" or "Last option" instead of "Concatenate"

Thank you for your response. 

The values are sometimes the same. I need each" Report Legacy Key" and "Entry Legacy Key" to be stamped on every row. I used concatenate to output the data and display.

Please provide relevant data to this use case, and kindly provide your criteria in as much detail as possible. If you have a workflow built halfway, kindly export that over as well.
