How can I take the "Input" sheet from the attached "sample1.xlsx" and turn it into the "required output" tab in Alteryx

I would highly suggest when you post a question on the Community to provide a sample workflow of what you have attempted in Alteryx to allow the users to understand your level of use in Alteryx. That being said, I would review looking at the Text to Column tool and associated samples in Designer to see how you can accomplish a pivot table similar to the one you have posted.

@pryia1234567 See attached for the workflow. Its slightly more complex than the normal pivot, but I think this could work for your issue.
