@rohit782192 Please attach a workflow of what you have completed so far - with your advanced certification, I’m sure you have at least a start and the join tool should be a part of that workflow!

Join tool is not the part of the workflow. I tried cross Join, find replace and formula but the expected output is not coming.

Join Tool or Find Replace will incorporate the map values, then Transpose for final format.
