How does Alteryx fetch metadata from Smartsheet api?

I am using Smartsheet in the Input Data Tool as a data source.

 

I am able to get the Row and Column data from the Smartsheet API JSON response but in it there are metadata such as _OUTLINELEVEL_ or _ROWNUM_.

 

I am wondering how does Alteryx get those meta data? It is not available when I use the Smartsheet API.
