How do i split up my data in a column into multiple different columns based on unique name

For context i am currently trying to add more features into my ML model.

This is my sample data, the row i would like to split would be the amenities row.

 

Ideally it would look like this, if not being filled with "1" and "0" would also be fine!

Here you are. This should get the job done for you! More complicated Text To Columns since all columns have identical data.
