How do I left trim leading zeros from alphanumeric string?

Hi I tried using Regex tool , but that removed all zeros in my string. Here are examples of fields that I would like all leading zeros trimmed. The difficult part is that there's not a whole lot of consistency across these alphanumeric strings:

000000075771
000EPTOS CS
00000004610
000000TESO
000000084440

I would like these results:

75771

EPTOS CS

4610

TESO

84440

Can anyone help with this? Thanks!

Use the TrimLeft formula!

TrimLeft([Field1],"0") should do the trick...
