Hello,
I have 3 columns Settled_Date, Invoice_Date, Due_Date with different values like the image attached below. I need to convert to DateTime data type. How do I do this? I tried DateTime parse and Multiple Join, it worked but it would give me 3 icons and would not join those icons. Thank you for your help!

Use the Multi-Field Formula tool.
What do you mean by "it would give me 3 icons and would not join those icons"? Can you post a sample workflow?

Thank you for your reply. Here is my sample workflow. Three DateTime Convert icons. When I do Join Multiple, it gives me an error.
