How do I add contacts in the body of the email

How do I add the contacts names in the body of the email instead of putting them in the "To" field? Thank you for the help

Desired output would be similar to the below:

dee.claire@mail.com

Hi Dee, We see the below as unpaid. Kindly arrange for these invoices to be paid. Thank you.
