How can I replicate this pivot table from Excel?

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to figure out a way to replicate this header view in Alteryx - specifically the highlighted section.

"Intercompany Flag" as well as "Jun 2021" and "Jul 2021" all have columns of data - is there a way in Alteryx to make "Intercompany Flag" a parent header and have "Jun 2021" and 'Jul 2021" below?

If it's fixed, create a Text Input tool with the "Interompany Flag" in the right column and then union the data together.

 

If you have some sample data I can show you easily.
