Please, any help will be appreciated. I am looking to compare an updated file to the updates that were done. i want alteryx to return either matched or deleted from sheet one to sheet two when i compare. please help

There is a few ways to do this. One way is to transpose your data onto one column then join the two datasets to see what has changed:
