Help with creating a formula based on one cell to multiple rows in different columns

I need one help. I am trying to create a formula that relies on a single cell which compares multiple rows from different columns. In my spreadsheet, I have approx. over  90,000 records. Attaching a sample dataset.

Sorry, I didn't understand what you want.
the input and output was not clear and neither was the analysis that was made for the data.

Sorry about that. It's just that this is one of the step in my analysis.

I would like to simplify the problem.

In this case A1 should interact with all rows in Column B,C and D.

Hopefully this is helpful.

The problem is not clear to me either.
Can you give the definition of "Result" and "Max"?

I feel it is an Append issue as below but need more input.

do you want to create formula for Result and Max or need to create every column?

formula for result : If [Dist]>=[Source_variable] and [Dist]<=([Source_variable]+[Source_Length]) then [Source_Percentage] else 0 endif

Thank you @Qiu and @Raj. I tested the workflows. It works great.

Appreciate you both looking in to this and helping me out. Your workflow is very efficient.
