Google Analytics Tool Data vs Google Sheets GA data extract

Hi All,

I have been looking into the GA tool in Alteryx and it could likely be that i am doing something wrong but here is the problem i am experiencing:

When running the GA tool for a specific group of fields (including some custom dimension fields) for a specific date, i get 1652 results

When running the same group of fields on the same date using the Google Sheets GA add-on, i get 2165 results.

Comparing the results together i can see that all of the results from GA tool is included in the Google Sheets GA add-on data, there are 500+- records that only appear in the Google Sheets extract of GA data.

Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening or any advice on what to look into to find the problem?
