can you give a bit more information as it's not clear working from just a screenshot.

Which columns do you have and which ones need to be calculated?

Are you saying you the "salary" column, and you need to calculate Rounded salary and Percentile?

And is the logic just rounding up to the next one in sequence if salary is greater than the previous cell? For example, if salary is greater than AK then test against AL and so on?
