Geocoder (13) (97): Could not correctly load the Geocoder

My US Geocoder worked fine couple days ago. But when I tried to use it again with the same input I see an error "Geocoder (13) (97): Could not correctly load the Geocoder" in red.

Any idea what's going on? They are the exact same input.
